You are welcome! We will be happy to check you in and you will be able to enjoy the pool area or use the restaurant as soon as you receive your room. You can also request an early check in and we will have your room ready upon arrival (available from 9 am).

On the day of check out we can store your luggage except for valuables and/or fragile objects for a maximum of 3 hours. You will be able to use our restaurant facilities if you wish.

Yes, from 6 years old and up. The architecture of our Casa is not suitable for small children, children from 6 years and older are welcome to stay with us as it is our commitment to share a quiet space. For extremely active and energetic children we may not be the best option.

As much as we love our furry companions, due to the fragile ecosystem of our Casa and the Bacalar lagoon, we cannot accept them.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are welcome, as well as cash payments in pesos and USD and interbank transfers.

We have an ATM at Casa, which dispenses pesos.
